We are excited to bring you the fall newsletter! We welcome and tell you a little of what we have learned about our tremendous new faculty members, celebrate promotions, and dig into ways to be involved (peer mentorship groups, upcoming events) and grow your career (career conferences, educational program).

The beginning of a new academic year is upon us, and we are thrilled to welcome many new faculty, residents, fellows, and nurse anesthetists into the Brigham. Their arrival injects a fresh energy into our community and marks the start of a vibrant summer! To our new faculty, we offer a warm welcome to all of them, invite them into our New Faculty Group, pair them with a clinical buddy, and invite them to join a peer mentorship group! Those offers are good for those of us who are more established as well.
We have some great news to share about the outcome of your nominating a colleague for Hospital level Awards, along with our own internal awards. We also have a couple summer events to share. And yes, it’s time to think about setting up career conferences and reflecting on our progress toward personal and professional goals. We are committed to supporting you in achieving these milestones and exploring new opportunities within our institution.
