  • BWH Tuition Assistance Program (sharepoint.com)
  • The Faculty/Trainee Mental Health Program – Provide rapid access (usually within 72 hours of initial contact with mental health consultations in the form of a free, confidential, 30 minute visit with a psychiatrist. This confidential program can be accessed by emailing  BWHfacultytraineeMHP@bwh.harvard.edu or calling 617-732-8905. The is not designed to handle emergencies. For such situations, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.   
  • MGB LicenSure – Licen-Sure is your one-stop shop to fulfill allof your licensing needs & reduce your administrative burden for MA state legislature & BORIMs mandatory requirements. This centralized website for Mass General Brigham physicians will enable you to locate the following licensure resources: Key Points, Required Courses, CME Transcript, Dropbox for Required Documentation (e.g. BORIM application, wallet license, etc), and FAQs. Licen-sure was initiated by the BWH Physicians’ Council and can also be access from any MGB computer via the start menu.   
  • MGB Faculty Parental Wellness Program
    The MGB Faculty Parental Wellness Program is recruiting experienced parents to serve as mentors, provide guidance, and offer practical strategies on navigating new parenthood, including parental leave and the transition back to work. These experienced parents make up the Parental Wellness Advocate (PWA) roster, and we’re recruiting faculty of any gender who have had children in the last 5 years.

Peer Support

The Brigham and Women’s Hospital Peer Support Program was created to support clinicians and other Brigham faculty. Trained peers reach out to impacted colleagues – due to an unexpected clinical outcome, personal loss or other stressors – offering a listening ear and the comfort of speaking with someone who has “been there.” The program is one tool to help mitigate isolation while fostering a culture of support and trust.

Faculty Parental Wellness Program

Are you an expectant or new parent? The Faculty Parental Wellness Program is designed to improve the personal wellbeing and professional productivity of expectant and new parents who are faculty at MGH, BWH, BWFH, and MEE. We welcome all family types and invite participants to join the program early in the expectant phase (pregnancy or adoption) through the first year of your child’s life. We support individuals who meet the following criteria: 

  1. Faculty at MGH, BWH/BWFH, and MEE 
  2. Expectant parents or new parents with a child < 6 months 

We welcome faculty of all genders and gender identities. You do not have to be a first-time parent – we welcome all!

If you would like to participate in the program as an expectant or new parent (child <6 months of age), please indicate your interest by completing this form. We encourage you to join early in your pregnancy to take full advantage of the program!
